Nigel co-founded the partnership with Neil Harrison in 1993. He has over 40 years of experience in residential property sales and is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Lee began his estate agency career in 2000 and joined the Gould & Harrison team in 2011 having enjoyed a successful time within the corporate world. Lee is a longstanding member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) & Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and will generally be the first point of contact for the day to day running of the branch.
Neil has spent many successful years in both residential estate agency and financial services. He is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents and is also a Certified Financial Advisor.
Jo has enjoyed a successful career in estate agency since 2002, working mainly in corporate environments and joining Gould Harrison in 2013. With her vast experience Jo is a highly valued member of the team handling day to day sales enquiries, viewing appointments and many aspects of sales progression.
Having completed over 13 years of service in the lettings industry, Hayley is one of the longest serving consultants in the area. She has lived and worked in Ashford for all this time and offers detailed local knowledge and expertise to all landlords and tenants. Hayley is fully conversant with all current legislation meaning she is ideally placed to offer best advice to all landlords and tenants.
Having joined us in January 2015, Katie is the newest member of our team. Katie has held a variety of positions within the banking industry over the past 8 years and applies her skills and experience to her role of managing the lettings accounts. Katie also uses her background in customer service to support the rest of the team and interact with tenants and landlords.
Karin has enjoyed extensive experience as an administrator in both banking and estate agency environments. Having joined us in 2011 Karin handles all the day to day secretarial duties for the office.
Nicola has over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, sixteen years of which has been spent in an accounts and administration capacity. She has lived in Ashford all this time and has first hand experience and knowledge of the town and surrounding villages.
Andy has enjoyed a successful career in estate agency starting in 2002 having mainly worked within corporate environments throughout Ashford, Maidstone and the Romney Marsh.
