I spend hours progressing sales on behalf of online firms who have zero interest once a sale has been agreed and if some of the comments left on All Agents are to be beilieved interest is lost long before that happens in many cases.
Sadly, when you find yourself in a chain with such companies you have to do their job too in the interest of your own client, something I don't mind admitting I find incredibly frustrating to put it mildly!
