gould harrison - referencing When you have found a suitable property and wish to make an application, each applicant will be required to complete a referencing form. We aim to make the “move in” process as quick and as hassle free as possible. For that reason we use the services of FCC Paragon. The referencing operation, when the completed application forms together with the appropriate application fees have been submitted takes approximately 1 working week.
We are able to view the progress of your application online and can give you regular updates should you wish to know how the process is going. For every application that is made, FCCParagon will make at least the following checks:

  • CREDIT HISTORY CHECK
  • TENANTS’ DATABASE
  • MANAGING AGENT/LANDLORDS REFERENCE
  • CHARACTER REFERENCE
  • EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE

    If you have chosen to apply for a property on line you will be emailed with a unique code for you to complete the process. Click HERE to enter your code. To apply for a property our fees are:

  • £165.00 for the first applicant
  • £50.00 for the second and subsequent applicants
  • £50.00 for a guarantor if needed

    Please note that in order for an application to proceed we will require copies of at least 2 utility bills dated within the last 3 – 6 months, a copy of either your passport or driving license and the application fee.
