If You Are Thinking of Selling
Part of our service is to provide a FREE PROPERTY VALUATION service for intending vendors, which includes advice on marketing and providing up to date information on potential legal costs and removal costs. You also have the added benefit of your property being marketed via this web site as well as all the traditional ways of marketing your property.

Our usual commission rates are 1.75% for Sole Agency and 2.25% for Multiple Agency if we are successful in selling the property, plus VAT at the prevailing rate in both instances. However Gould & Harrison are pleased to offer a special sole agency rate of 1.45% plus VAT on all new instructions before 30th September 2007.
